College Baseball Training Programs

Im a pitcher how do i increase my stamina?
im a college baseball player who’s been starting my off season training and would like some advice on more workouts. i live in the north so our first game is mid march. right now i lift weights lots of legs, lots of core and some upper body. i stretch twice a day, swim 2 times per week, run using the resistance of the water and i run on a treadmill and sometimes i do sprints in the gym. also i do some plyometrics and a throwing program which consists of throwing weighted balls two times per week. i do a lot but i allow for my body to heal. if you can offer me some more workouts to do that would great. as you can see nothing is to hard for me truth be told im a kid from the hood and i just want to work extreamly hard get my education and possibly go pro in baseball. thanks
a lot of cardio, maybe 5+ miles…long distance runs, biking, swims. running the steps of the football stadium and running pole to pole. but you should really discuss a program with your strength and conditioning coach, because what i just said might be just the base of a program and he could tell something more specific, such as how long/far to do your runs etc
good luck
